Hey guys just wanted to
Hey guys just wanted to throw an update from the Tvguide dude who does scoops on tv shows. For the 150th episode chloe in the AU is engaged to be married to someone and lex will have a different job and a fancy office to go with it. Also he says there will be nods to superman related things in the episode.
OMG the suspense is killing
OMG the suspense is killing me. Let me see how would I go which is probably in the complete opposite of G/M...Chloe would be engaged to whom???? Perhaps Lex hahaha that would be good huh? Lex in fancy office alluded to in season 1 that would be the oval office I think. I thought I heard something about glasses and suit/tie go into planet....usually just walks right in. Lois supposedly give him the idea..Well what you all think?
One wonders if this is
One wonders if this is actually going to be Lex. Without Clark's timely intervention, Lex would still be possessed by Zod. That being the case, it's easy to guess that Zod, having overthrown the US goverment, would take over the White House.
I mean, there are only so many ways to account for someone as young as Lex being President... or maybe just occupying the Oval Office.
One wonders if this is
But if Clark was never sent to Earth, then Zod would have never been released from the PZ, so there is no way he would have found his way to Earth and possessed Lex.
I'm wondering if Darkseid
I'm wondering if Darkseid will be on the episode, Apocalypse. That would be so cool! Well, I can't wait to see the episode, Descent on April 17th and that is one day before my birthday!
Umm havent u seen what the
Umm havent u seen what the spoilers are for the 150th episode apocalypse its an alter reality episode where clark was never sent to earth and in that world our clark is there for what ever reason and things are different like lex has a different job, chloe is engaged to be married and spoilers/rumors indicate it might be lex. The ksite dude has confirmed it isnt pete or jimmy like people expected it to be.
How do you guys feel about
How do you guys feel about the Al / Miles departure. I for one am totally okay with it. I hope it means the end of Lanaville and a strong finish for Clak in season 8. Would like to hear what you guys think??
Yea hopefully and we already
Yea hopefully and we already know kristen kreuk is only going to do a few episodes for next season so hopefully they can wrap up there relationship better and move her off onto other things. Hopefully we do get a strong season and the guys who took over should do well since they all pretty much have been around since the start of the show and have been regular producers on the show since around season 4. Cant wait to hear spoilers/rumors during the summer for season 8 and then the official season plot when we get more in the summer with CW saying what seasons will be about for shows.
I am totally ok with their
I am totally ok with their departure. It spells the end of Lanaville, because her major supporter has been shown the door. No more angsty bs. No more brooding because Lana is mad. Hallelujah
I am looking forward to next season with a hopeful heart. I see some major plothole filler will be in use, and center the show around its true star...Clark Kent/Superman.
This is my hope.
Have any of you seen the new
Have any of you seen the new directors cut?
Here is the link I hope...

It really shook me up! I never expected anything like that...OMG
thanks for the youtube link
thanks for the youtube link for the Dc it was pretty sweet man lex is totally falling deeper and deeper into the darkness.
Wow I finally got around to
Wow I finally got around to reading the reviews on Veritas on Superman Homepage. I was amazed. They hardly ever give Smallville good ratings, and both of them gave it a 5 out of 5. Hurray!
Neal Bailey didn't have anything bad to say..........I was flabbergasted.
Has anyone heard anything
Has anyone heard anything about the contract talks with Allison Mack?
I havent heard anything with
I havent heard anything with her. I do hope they can get her to sign for majority of the season. I did hear she one rumor she was up for 18 of 22 episodes and if that ended up being true i would be fine with that. and sharpermom u ever read the episode reviews on kryptonsite.com by poster there triplet she has some good ones.
both of them gave it a 5 out
both of them gave it a 5 out of 5
There's a reason for that. Singer's time on the franchise has clearly come to an end so the Superman Homepage staff (having been Singer's bootlickers all this time) are finally starting to read the writing on the wall, hence Bailey's "last season really is growing on me" and "SV's firing on all cylinders of late" tripe. They bet on the wrong horse and are trying to grovel their way back.
Wow, they are finally trying
Wow, they are finally trying to show that Lex is no more the Lex we knew. However, he has acted so dumb over the years that no suddenly he is a criminal genius?
Have any of you seen the new
Here is the official
Here is the official description for the 150th episode "Apocalypse" directed by Tom Welling.
They better not show that everyone is so much better without Clark in their lives. He needs to understand that he has a destiny here on earth. He is not a burden to his friends lives.
BTW, is Schneider guest staring in this episode? I have heard nothing.
I read the same article and
I read the same article and I had the same thought as you did, Olea. How would that make Clark feel any better about himself? He supposedly was down thinking that perhaps the world would be better off without him. Why show him that they would? What would that accomplish?
Question this is one of the last episodes that G/M have anything to do with right? I sincerely hope so.
Well how then does he decide that he is needed? Clark is broody enough now... lets change from the small caliber weaponry to the... yeah! anti-tank weapons when he beats himself up. That's the ticket. Not that the episode doesn't sound interesting, but.......
Not only that but we will once again be subjected to Lana...Ugh. We get to see her all happily married. I am looking forward to possibly seeing John Schneider again.
I'm not too hot on the
I'm not too hot on the description, as it makes it sound as though everyone would be better off had Clark not arrived. Hopefully, it's just in the phrasing, and we learn in this episode that the world NEEDS a Superman. Based on the description I have some concerns.
But I have to say, I've really enjoyed (most of) this season. While not my favorite season (Season 3 holds that title) it's certainly up there. Feels like there's been a real creative surge during seasons 6 and 7 that have just taken it up a notch.
By the way--I'm Gregg Bray. New Poster. :)
Hey Gregg, welcome aboard!
Hey Gregg, welcome aboard! Surely this is MUCH better than that other forum, right?
As to your concerns, I share them myself but I'm willing to give it a chance. It sounds like this episode could show things being better externally but beneath the surface things are seriously messed up. You never know.
Hey colorsblend. Thanks.
Hey colorsblend. Thanks. :)
You know how much I've enjoyed this season, so of course I'm more than happy to give it the benefit of the doubt. I would say that the TV Guide Official descriptions have been a bit off as of late. I mean, did Clark actually have flying 'lessons?'
Given all the good we've had so far, I'll give anything the benefit of the doubt at this point.
Welcome aboard Gregg, I hope
Welcome aboard Gregg,
I hope that you find the site to your liking.
I agree with you about concerns about episode as you can see by my post earlier. I have also liked most of this season too. They have actually had some movement with the characters. I hope that things will progress even further without all the soapy drama.
I am not a big fan of soap operas, if I were I would be on one of their websites instead of here. I haven't seen every episode of everything related to Superman like some that post here, but I consider myself a fan. He has been and always will be my favorite superhero.
Sincerely,
sharpermom
Saw some other spoilers on
Saw some other spoilers on CW boards. There is some speculation that Clark had an older brother who was sent to earth 3 years prior to Krypton boom. This Chris person was in suspended animation like Kara, and released to be 5 years junior to Clark. He becomes nuclear man.
What do you all think about this?
Might be a load of BS but something to think about and speculate on.
Saw some other spoilers on
Nuclear man? Is this specultation or some insider with a tip?
Not sure. That is what they
Not sure. That is what they were talking about.. They seemed to think it was legit. This is supposedly going to be premise for season 8. I just went in there today to see what was going on.
This is the post from
This is the post from CW..
"New Character next seaon AKA CLarks worst Night mare! so to those of you who have seen all of the superman movies and the superman shows on tv, you have to know about Nuclear Man. he was superman's enemy in the fourth superman movie(SuperMan a Quest for Peace).
i have thought sence the show began that the writers should bring NuclearMan onto the show as one of Clark's foes in the show. Now i have heard exciting news from several SpoilWebsites online, and through several of my personal sources. (This news may also be exciting to you)
in the beginning of season eight the writers will be introducing another character to the show. Say hello to "Alex Tegue".
yes when i say "Tegue" i mean "jason Tegue's"(who was played by Jensen Ackles in season four) anyways "jason's" little brother.
the interesting part about the alleged new character is that he is only "Jason's" brother by adoption. they have no blood relationship. This new character is actually the real Veritas secret. which is why he hasn't been introduced yet. Veritas has been keeping him a secret for over 20 years.
the new character alex is the first son of Jor-el. his ship comes to earth exactly three years before clark's does. the reasons for this early sending of their son is unknown at the time. Anyways Alex is the future aka Nuclear Man. the end of season eight will be a battle between clark and his blood-older brother!
the real confusin thing about all of this is that Alex will be like Kara.
his ship was in possession of veritas for all of clark's life but alex din't come out of the ship until 1999, which now makes alex five years younger phyiscally than clark. but hes really older.
so heres the new krptonian family, theirs kara (SUPERGIRL)whos clark and alex's cousin
there is clark (SUPERMAN)who is brother to alex and cousin to kara and son of jorel. theres alex (NUCLEARMAN) whos related to blah blah blah
but how does the "Tegues and Veritas" play along in this story stay tuned in on this thread for more info including pictures of clark's new brother."
You can make your own decisions about validity.
I'm sorry but this cannot be
I'm sorry but this cannot be true. There has been no mention in ANY version of Superman that Jor-El and Lara had any other children before Kal-El. They can't make up things like that, and I doubt DC would have approved.
And why did he turn into Nuclear Man and both Clark and Kara didn't?
IMO, it is nothing but speculation, this cannot be true.
I think it is crap too, but
I think it is crap too, but gives us something to talk about lol.
You have to remember this
You have to remember this comes from the CW boards where they think that Lana is the best thing to ever happen to Smallville, and she is the "bestest character ever". So I take everything I hear with a large salt lick not just a grain.
